• Deposits paid for air conditioning work are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may receive a partial refund of the remaining balance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• If there is an issue with our installation or service, we will return to fix it. Refunds are only offered if the problem cannot be resolved.
